EILAT REPORT #6
"Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. Ezekiel 36:25
Shabbat shalom dearly beloved:
These past few days starting from the 18th of January 2010 we have been experiencing MUCH rain in Eilat! This is a historical happening! In fact this is the first time in 30 and maybe 40 years that we experience so much rain in Eilat where it never rains and if it does (very seldom) it’s a drizzle and it dries up before it reaches the ground. What an amazing experience it has been to see the cars “splash” as they drive by and municipality teams and others helping to remove the pools of water that were formed on roof tops of buildings and on the houses in Eilat! Our own personal house roof became a “Mikveh” like the ritual purification pool made of rain water! Our Worship Living Tower ministry apartment leaked in many places and we had to collect the water in buckets and REJOICE!
RAIN IN EILAT IS A SIGN OF REVIVAL!
Yes, rejoice for this awesome natural sign that Yah is answering our prayers for the revival of Eilat! In fact the rain in all of Israel started in Eilat and FROM EILAT it continued to the rest of Israel. We have prophesied in the past that the revival of Israel will start in Eilat on the Red Sea the South Gate of Israel just like this amazing rain! After the rain the colour of the mountains of Eilat and Edom was more vivid and CLEAN. We felt a true cleansing from the Lord that promised that He will wash Israel with clean water! I constantly ask Yah to do it, to please cleanse us with clean water, let us keep on praying this wonderful word of promise from the Holy Scriptures!
For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land. "Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols."Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. "I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances. "You will live in the land that I gave to your forefathers; so you will be My people, and I will be your God. Ezekiel 36:24-28
A SIGN OF DIVINE FAVOUR!
It is interesting to note that this rain happened right after our finances minister Yuval Steinitz declared to the US envoy Mitchell that Israel could survive without the promised aid from the USA. Mitchell was once again exercising pressure on Israel to give more land and concessions to the Palestinians for the establishing of the terror state! I have always said that when Israel stops compromising Holy Land for financial aid, YHVH would fight for us. It is also clear that since the Oslo Accords and the recent Road MAP, drought has been plaguing Israel more and more.
Until this rain, Israel has had the driest winter in many years and that the level of drought had escalated to impossible levels. The water bills in Israel had become so high that most hard working people could hardly afford WATER! Drought is always related to SIN and JUDGMENT in the Holy Scriptures,(I Kings 17)
Trusting the financial aid of any nation to the point of compromising the Covenant Land can incur in the curse of DROUGHT!
Thus says YHVH "Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the LORD."For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness a land of salt without inhabitant. Jeremiah 17:5,6
Of course there are other sins that can incur in severe drought or famine like the shedding of innocent blood like in the case of abortion and other injustices.
REPENTANCE-TESHUVA IS THE HEBREW ANSWER FOR DROUGHT
If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14,15
This is the answer in order to break both spiritual and physical drought! We have been praying according to this Scripture here in Eilat for about two years. We have this scripture covering a major wall of our Prayer Tower and have stood in the gap to confess our sins and the sins of our people both Messianic/ Christian and non Messianic. We have spent many hours praying for the Revival of Eilat and of all of Israel according to this prayer! For us this historical rainfall that started in Eilat is a SIGN that our prayers for the REVIVAL of Eilat and all of Israel are being answered!
BAPTISM OF NEW BELIEVER!
This Friday we will also end this historical week with the Mikveh/Baptism of a new believer recently born again in one of our Shabbat meetings. He will be baptized in the Red Sea and our GRM Bible School students and the members of the Eilat Kehila Ahavat-Yah will be present! He is an Argentinian Jew and we pray that he will be an emissary to the Latin American Jewish community here in Eilat! Please pray earnestly for brother Andreas to grow mightily in the Lord!

THE ALTAR OF STONES
We have made an altar of name stones in our Prayer Tower in Eilat expecting the Spirit of God to visit and save the lives of MANY Israelis that we are in contact with. Our students and members pray continually in the TOWER for their salvation. We are expecting a great harvest!
But now, thus says the LORD, your Creator, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel, "Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! Isaiah 43:1
RAISED FROM THE DEAD
As you may know our 23 year old son Yuval was raised from the dead on Wednesday the 30th of December 2009 (less than 3 weeks ago!) after he died on the operating table in the midst of a very complicated surgery in his blood vessels. He had lost too much blood and there was no more hope for him. But as we declared the Word of God and the Blood of Y’shua, he literally came back to life! HaleluYah!!! He is still battling for his life due to his serious condition and is very depressed. Please keep praying for him and for a visitation of Y’shua in the hospital where he is convalescing! He has been transferred from Eilat to Jerusalem and from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv to a more specialized hospital. The same One that raised him from the dead is well able to heal him and to save him! This has been a very hard time for us. We now need to travel between Eilat and Tel Aviv constantly in order to be next to him as well as continuing the Work of the Lord in Eilat.
Please pray for strength to us, deliverance for Yuval, all additional expenses to be covered (many trips) and for our time to be stretched.
We totally trust Yah and will continue the ministry as usual. Your prayers are coveted, satan is UNDER our feet!
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. Romans 8:18
EMMANUEL PROJECT
We are glad to announce that our AID Center for the needy in Eilat is starting this week in the premises of a local Messianic Russian Congregation that decided to partner for this project. This is a temporary solution only. Both Pastor Yuri and us are looking to establish a Messianic Worship Center in Eilat that will include meeting halls for the different congregations, convention center and an AID Center with the possibility of Healing Rooms. We have found a very large place for rent for 15.000 NIS a month (over $4000 USD) but we would like to be able to purchase and not to rent. If the Lord speaks to you to help us with this project of purchase or rent please let us know. We feel that the promise of Psalms 133 will come to pass as we decided to work together and JOIN FORCES!
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity. For there the Lord commanded the blessing life forevermore.
