Registration Fees and Information (please read carefully)

• Payment for the Pesah Sheni Tour - US$3,599* (includes registration fee of $500USD).

• *Pay a Registration fee of $500 USD IMMEDIATELY (please cover the transaction fee) to secure your place in the Tour, this is non-refundable. The rest of the money must be paid by March 1^st, 2023.

• Registration is not complete until this form and $500 USD is received.

• After March 1st, 2023, we cannot guarantee a place on the Tour. But IF there is availability, the price will be US$3,799*

• The tour includes 4-star Hotel or kibbutz Hotel accommodations (based upon double room occupancy*),full Passover Seder , breakfast and dinner buffet each day, lunch on Shabbat May 6, all tour transportation, $150 tips for driver, guide & hotels, and entrance fees. Flights NOT included.The price for additional nights BEFORE & AFTER the tour is US$296.00 per night in a double room and US$286.00 per night in a single room at the hotel of Jerusalem. NOTE:Additional nights must be booked in advance.

• Price is subject to devaluation of the US dollar and can change. Once registration tour price is paid you will secure the price given. Pay early and you will avoid extra charges.

Cancellation and refunds

• There is a Registration fee of $500 USD to secure your place on the tour, this is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• After March 1^st, 2023, 50% of tour package is not refundable – cancellation request must be received in writing to obtain refund.

• After April 1^st, 2023, 75% of tour package is not refundable – cancellation request must be given in writing to obtain refund. After tour starts there will be no refunds given.

• If we cancel the tour most of the fees will be refunded.

Flights

Kad-Esh MAP Ministries does not organize flights. See your Travel Agent for that – Book very early to avoid shortage. Your arrival and departure from Tel Aviv airport.

1. My passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months from time of travel.

2. Kad-Esh MAP Ministries or any of its representatives are not responsible for my health or my belongings.

3. I have taken out travel insurance.

4. Kad-Esh MAP Ministries or any of its representatives are not responsible for any failure from the part of third parties or any of the airlines or travel agencies rendering services for this tour.

5. Depending on your country of origin and your type of passport you may need a visa to enter Israel. Please make sure to secure it prior to your departure. We are not responsible for visa’s not approved. For Groups of 10 or more from one given country we will help process group visa’s.

6. Kad-Esh MAP Ministries reserves the rights to dismiss anyone from the tour if he /she endangers himself/herself or is disruptive or endangers others and no refund will be given.

7. Your airplane tickets are your responsibility and your arrival is to the Tel Aviv Airport and departure should be from the Tel Aviv Airport. You are responsible for your transportation from Airport to the first hotel where the tour starts and from the last hotel (where the tour ends) to the airport. (Taxis or collective taxis called “sherut” are available)

8. If you arrive or leave a night earlier or later you will have to pay for an additional night.

9. Any money/offerings given on tour to Kad-Esh MAP Ministries are received as a donation to the Ministry.

IMPORTANT:

All participants with no exception, need to arrive on May 1^st, prior to the welcome meeting.
Latest arrival time to Israel is on the morning of the 2^nd. Book your flights accordingly.
Participants may either request one additional night at the hotel where the tour starts for May 1^st, or make their own arrangements at a location of their choice.

This year we will not have conference days only, participants must attend all 12 days of the tour.

At this point Israel does not require vaccination nor PCR tests to enter.
If your country of residence requires PCR tests when you return, you should request the test on the first day of the tour.
It is no longer required to fill out the Israel Entry Form.

*Everyone arrives at the hotel in Jerusalem on their own (check in 3 PM).
*Everyone departs the Jerusalem hotel on the last day on their own, check out time is 11 AM.
If you are coming as a group from your nation, or if you require transportation service from the airport to the hotel, let us know so we can book you a group airport transfer for an additional fee.
