Lessons from the Land of Israel

Archbishop Dominiquae said that if there is no Word in us, how can we pray? YHVH promises us His blessing in His Word. When He looks at us, He must see His Word in us. He promises to keep us when we have His Word in us. This means that we must read the Word. When YHVH comes and sees the Word in us, He protects His Word in us.
The words of YHVH are pure words; Like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, filtered seven times. You, YHVH, will keep them; You will protect him from this generation forever. Psalms 12:6-7
The Word of God is very powerful. As a Pastor, I also fast and pray the Word. For example, if I pray for Israel for three days, I choose a specific Scripture to stand upon, like Isaiah 54:17:
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of YHVH, and their righteousness is from Me,” says YHVH. Isaiah 54:17 STB
It is the Word that protects Israel from the east to the west, from the north and to the south, because the Word is Spirit, and it moves to wherever it is sent. I may not know Israel, but the Word does. So, when I release the Word during the fast, it travels by air, land, and sea, and goes beneath the earth and possesses Israel.
Read the Word Daily out Loud
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will achieve success.” Joshua 1:8
Choose at least five verses in a chapter daily and read the Word out loud. As a Pastor, I read the Word out loud and not silently. When we read the Word out loud, we allow the voice of Elohim to reverberate upon us again.
Invite the Holy Spirit
Invite the Holy Spirit based upon Romans 8:26 and tell the Holy Spirit that you do not know how to pray – and ask Him to come to pray for you.
“Now, in the same way, the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; Romans 8:26
This is important because the Word of God says that only the Holy Spirit knows the mind of Elohim God.
“For what person knows the thoughts and motives of a man except the man’s spirit within him? So also no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:11
Only the Holy Spirit knows the will of the Father. So, every prayer we pray must be according to the will of the Father. Also, do not forget to ask the Holy Spirit to pour the diversity of tongues upon you.
“To another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:10
You can pray: “Pour upon me the diversity of tongues – Messianic tongues, prophetic tongues, tongues of warfare, and so on.”
High Places of Warfare & Idolatry
On our Israel tour we visited the Golan Heights, among other strategic locations. That is a place of military warfare. We want that same anointing that Israel has for military warfare to influence our nations. We’ve got to know that YHVH is using our bodies as a catalyst to receive that anointing from every site, which is very important.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds, casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Yeshua; 2 Corinthians 10:3-5
Archbishop also took us to Mt. Carmel (the mount of Elijah). I just sat there and received the anointing of Elijah. And do you know how to receive the anointing in places like this? To receive the anointing is not done through your mind, but by speaking it out loud and saying: “I receive it in Yeshua’s name.” And Satan, who is standing next to you, moves away and gives way because you are receiving the anointing out loud for your nation. To receive the anointing, the mouth has to speak it out.
High places like the Golan Heights were also places of worship and sacrifices made to Baal. As we go up to those places, we go to break down those altars and strongholds, declaring the power of the Word, as in:
“See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to tear down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:10
This is how we can pray into this Scripture: “Father, I take the sword of Jeremiah 1:10, and I plant it into this land. And I uproot, uproot, uproot, and I demolish, demolish, demolish”. And then, as you uproot, you speak this Word of God or plant another Word from God into the ground. As you uproot, you plant the Word:

Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies. Zechariah 4:6
And many nations will join themselves to YHVH on that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of armies has sent Me to you. And YHVH will possess Judah as His portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.
Be silent, all mankind, before YHVH; for He has roused Himself from His holy dwelling.” Zechariah 2:11-13 STB
Another high place we visited during this tour is Banias, where the remnants of an altar for the god Pan is located at the foot of Mount Hermon. Mt. Hermon is another place where Joshua conquered (Joshua 11:16-23). When we went there, we called upon the Spirit that worked on Joshua to be upon our lives. When we go to different sites in Israel, we need to call out and receive the anointing of that place upon our lives!
For example, before going to Mt. Hermon, we can pray according to Psalms 133:3,
It is like the dew of Hermon Coming down upon the mountains of Zion; for YHVH commanded the blessing there—life forever. Psalms 133:3
“Father, as I go up to Mt. Hermon, I want blessings and life forever more. No death! No hell will take my life because I am going up to Mt. Hermon, and the blessings for evermore are mine.” Speak it out! Amen!
We’ve got to act! A Messianic Apostolic Prophetic movement is a move of ACTION. Stepping in demands action. It is not for the lazy.
Word Declaration
Word declaration is a powerhouse. When you pray and declare the Word, the enemy cannot come close to you. And when you are not declaring the WORD and just speaking English or your language, the Holy Spirit comes and helps, putting thoughts into you. But when you speak the Word, you declare the living Word because the Word is alive. It is the living Word. The Devil will depart because he cannot stand the Word.
“So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11
Remember! His promises are there to keep you and me. So, when He sees His Word in you, He protects His Word in you.
My Practical Examples of Praying the Word
Often, when I put water into the glass, I read one scripture. I speak the Word into the water and drink it. This is called a “prophetic act.”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, when I broke bread of communion, I took it outside my house and spoke to the land. I prayed: “Oh Land, Oh Land, I pray concerning this virus that is coming into the land of Papua New Guinea through the government. Now, I possess the gateway of Papua New Guinea, and I speak to you, Covid-19, that you are illegally entering my country. And I am the watchman, and I speak to you.” Then I took the wine or grape juice and poured it on the ground, and I took the bread, broke it into crumbs, sprinkled it on the ground, and then again spoke to the land: “Oh Land, let us break bread together.” These are prophetic acts we can do.
“And My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
Archbishop Dominiquae has already taught us how to pray. Let us imitate her in praying and declaring the Word prophetically.
Also, when we intercede for Archbishop Dominiquae and Rabbi Baruch, we need to remember this principle. My Youths in Papua New Guinea love Archbishop and Rabbi and pray earnestly for them. And when they pray, they declare and decree the Word.
Here are a few Scripture prayers you can declare over them (and you can make many more!):
“Archbishop and Rabbi are ones who sow bountifully and will also reap bountifully. They do just as they have purposed in their heart, and God loves them because they are cheerful givers. And God is able to make all grace abound to them, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, they will have an abundance for every good deed;” (based upon 2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
By wisdom Archbishop builds the house, by understanding she prepares it, and by knowledge she fills its rooms with every rare and pleasing treasure. A wise Archbishop is strong, and a woman of knowledge becomes even stronger. For with wise advice she wages war and in many counselors she has victory.” (based upon Proverbs 24:3-6 TLV)
Praise YHVH! How blessed are Archbishop Dominiquae & Rabbi Baruch Bierman who fear YHVH, who greatly delight in His commandments. Their descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in their house, and their righteousness endures forever.” (based upon Psalms 112:1-3)
This is how we can pray the scriptures over our leaders. Do not pray just anything – pray the Scriptures! Speak the Word!
Also, whenever I declare the Word upon Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman’s life, I pray: “Father, I sit under her mantle. And every word I declare upon her, I receive it, I receive it.” The secret in doing this is that, as you pray for a person at that level, you are sowing into the rank of an Archbishop and reaping into that level as well.
He then picked up the mantle of Elijah that fell from him. When he returned and stood by the bank of the Jordan, he took the mantle of Elijah that had fallen off him, struck the waters, and said, “Where is Adonai, the God of Elijah?” As he indeed struck the waters, they parted here then there. Then Elisha crossed over. When the sons of the prophets at Jericho saw him some way off, they said, “The spirit of Elijah has rested on Elisha.” So they came to meet him and bowed down to the ground before him. 2 Kings 2:13-15
Praying for Jerusalem
This is an example of how I pray for Jerusalem: “Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, I speak to you right now. Spread forth your coat of many colors. Dance! Wave your flags and dance, so that the nations around you will see and know that your Elohim God is the one true God. ”
Miriam the prophetess, Aaron’s sister, took the timbrel in her hand, and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dancing. Miriam answered them, “Sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted; the horse and his rider He has hurled into the sea.” Exodus 15:20-21
So, speak the Word of God! Don’t just silently pray! Word declaration is one of the things that Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman instructs us to declare.
Journey to Mount of Beatitudes
During our Pesach Sheni tour, as we were moving out to the Mount of Beatitudes, I was preparing and reading Matthew Chapter 5. The Holy Spirit stopped me on Matthew 5:8: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. He said,” Many people, especially the Pastors, prayer warriors, and intercessors, are not pure in their hearts. He said they must get into a place of purity and humility! Because the only way up is down!”
I believe that Yeshua was speaking from there on the Mount of Beatitudes because people lived unrighteously. Their lifestyle was not right, and Yeshua came and challenged them. And today Yeshua is challenging us. We have beautiful people back home in our nations and in our governments. We’ve got to continue to intercede for them so that they can come into a place of purity. I believe that in this end time there will be a revival of purity!
Before Going up to Jerusalem
We greatly encourage you to take the Israel tour with Archbishop Dominiquae! In the Land, you will be able to receive an impartation of the anointing as you study the Scriptures and learn to apply them. Before going on tour, it is vital to prepare ourselves in the right way, so that we will be able to receive and take home with us what we learn. We need to be serious. Archbishop has given her time and effort to mentor and teach us, the nations. Let us not make her correct us in the things for which she has already corrected us. The keys to prepare are prayer, humility, and fasting.
Before you travel to Israel and go up to Jerusalem, fast! Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas you need to deal with before traveling to Israel. We’ve got to take it seriously when we come to Jerusalem to sit under the mantle of Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman. Before the 2023 Pesach Sheni tour, I told my PNG Team, “It will be a mistake if we will return back home without the anointing because we go up to the Land to receive it. Remember, the lifestyle of Moses was always going up to the Mountain to receive – to receive the ten commandments, the TORAH, the instructions. And if you have read the story of Moses, you know that he never complained. Coming to Israel is not a place of complaining, but it is coming up to receive eternal blessings and then go back into our nation to give them forward! We truly have received, and thus we give!
People from many nations will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of YHVH, to the house of Jacob’s God. There he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For YHVH’s teaching will go out from Zion; his word will go out from Jerusalem.” Micah 4:2
