Torah Portion SHEMINI SHEL PESACH – Devarim (Deuteronomy) 14:22-16:17
Passover 2022/5782
But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. 1 Corinthians 15:20
Shabbat shalom and a happy Pessach, dearly beloved!
At the end of the first Shabbat within Passover is the Feast of First Fruits described in Leviticus 23.
Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land which I am going to give to you and reap its harvest, then you shall bring in the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest. ‘He shall wave the sheaf before YHVH for you to be accepted; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. Leviticus 23:10,11
This is the real-time of the resurrection of Yeshua after spending three days and three nights in the tomb according to His prophecy about “The Sign of Jonah”. He was crucified on Wednesday and rose on Saturday sunset.
But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation craves for a sign; and yet no sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet; for just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the sea monster, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12:39-40
This feast happens on Shabbat night (Saturday) within the seven days of Passover-Feast of Unleavened Bread celebrations.
Mary Magdalene came to the tomb on the first day of the week while it was still night and He had already risen! The First Day of the week starts on Saturday sunset, like all Biblical days.
Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came early to the tomb, while it was still dark, and saw the stone already taken away from the tomb. John 20:1
He is the First Fruits of those risen from the dead, and the Sign of Jonah was the only sign to be given to Israel of His resurrection. No wonder the enemy has tried to erase it, change its time, and call it “Easter” after the goddess Ishtar.
“When the question relative to the sacred festival of Easter arose, it was universally thought that it would be convenient that all should keep the feast on one day; for what could be more beautiful and more desirable than to see this festival, through which we receive the hope of immortality, celebrated by all with one accord and in the same manner? It was declared to be particularly unworthy for this, the holiest of festivals, to follow the customs (the calculation) of the Jews who had soiled their hands with the most fearful of crimes, and whose minds were blinded. In rejecting their custom, we may transmit to our descendants the legitimate mode of celebrating Easter; which we have observed from the time of the Savior’s passion (according to the day of the week).” (Excerpts of the Council of Nicaea)
The only one that changes times and law is the Anti-Messiah, as described in the Book of Daniel:
He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. Daniel 7:25
Since Constantine changed times and laws and divorced the entire Church from its original Hebrew Biblical Foundations, he is a type of Anti Messiah. The whole divorce happened over the controversy between the celebration of “Easter” and Passover. But Yeshua did not rise on Easter Sunday morning, as many have believed, but rather at the end of the Shabbat during Passover Week, on the eve of the first day of the week, which is the Feast of First Fruits. Miryam from Migdal (Mary Magdalene) came to the tomb on the first day of the week when it was still night, and He was not there! He rose from the dead on Saturday evening at sunset, fulfilling three days and three nights in the grave, thus fulfilling the Sign of Jonah. We invite you all to revoke the Council of Nicea with its pagan celebrations and historical Jewish hatred and reinstall the Feast of First Fruits celebrating Yeshua’s Resurrection!
Invited to Honor Yeshua and Israel with Your First Fruits – A Prophetic Honor Act
We invite you to bring or send your First Fruits offerings as prescribed as a sign of restoration between the Church and Israel and revoking the Council of Nicaea with all its false doctrines and curses. The Torah tells us that this is a perpetual statute and that we are not to eat until we give the offering to the High Priest. We know that Yeshua is the High Priest. This is an opportunity to honor Israel and Yeshua as a Jewish Messiah.
Until this same day, until you have brought in the offering of your God, you shall eat neither bread nor roasted grain nor new growth. It is to be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwelling places. Leviticus 23:14
The purpose of bringing it to the priest first was that the priest would bless all the work of the hands and the crops of Israel. As you bring your First Fruits (or send them in), we will bless all who have chosen to obey this Command and have sent in your First Fruits-Resurrection offering. We will release a blessing from Zion in the name of the Jewish High Priest Yeshua, and will see enormous breakthroughs! I am very excited about this! In fact, I believe that resurrection life will enter into the lives and finances of the givers. This is especially powerful now that the whole world is shaking financially. We do not have to be in the world’s system but rather the Kingdom system, and the Torah shows us how.
The only instruction given about the Feast of First Fruits is to promptly bring the First Fruits to the Priest. This year being the Shmita Year, it refers to whatever the land yields on a Shmita year, a portion is to be taken to the priest as First Fruits.
Leviticus 23:10-11
The promise about the giving of First Fruits is both a financial blessing and revival.
Honor YHVH from your wealth and from the first of all your produce; so your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will overflow with new wine. Proverbs 3:9,10
The sin of Cain was that he refused to give the first fruits. Abel gave first fruits, and his offering was accepted. Cain gave “an offering” but not the prescribed offering.
So it came about in the course of time that Cain brought an offering to YHVH of the fruit of the ground. Abel, on his part also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of their fat portions And YHVH had regard for Abel and for his offering. Genesis 4:3-4
How do you know how much and what is First Fruits in this non-agricultural society? I believe that the Holy Spirit will reveal this to you. See that Abel gave the firstlings and their fat portions. In other words, it is definitely a special offering that is not “meager” but “fat” or generous.
Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:6, 7
Beloved, this will be a Prophetic Offering to Honor Israel, the Jewish People, and the Jewishness of the Messiah, revoking and making restitution for what the Council of Nicea did: dishonored the Jews, persecuted and killed them, and rejected the Jewishness of the Messiah. From now on, every year during this Holy Feast, you can make it a tradition to honor the Jewishness of Yeshua and His People as you celebrate His resurrection at the correct timing. This will bring resurrection life and Revival!
For if their (the Jews) rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead. Romans 11:15
Remember this: Satan has been deathly afraid of this restoration because it will hasten the return of Yeshua!
Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of YHVH; and that He may send Yeshua the Messiah appointed for you, whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. Acts 3:19-21
Shabbat shalom and happy Passover!

We Invite you to send your First Fruits offerings for the Resurrection of Israel
The Feast of First Fruits, during the Season of Passover, is the time of the Resurrection of the Messiah, and we believe that First Fruits offerings have Resurrection Power over your finances!
Then YHVH spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land which I am going to give to you and reap its harvest, then you shall bring in the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before YHVH for you to be accepted; on the day after the Shabbat the priest shall wave it. Leviticus 23:9-11
The first of all the first fruits of every kind and every contribution of every kind, from all your contributions, shall be for the priests; you shall also give to the priest the first of your dough to cause a blessing to rest on your house. Ezekiel 44:30
