Registration Fees and Information (please read carefully)

• Price of the Sukkot Tour Land Package - US$3908* (includes registration fee of $500USD).

• *Pay a Registration fee of $500 USD IMMEDIATELY (please cover the transaction fee) to secure your place in the Tour, this is non-refundable. The balance must be paid by August 1, 2026.

• Registration is not complete until this form and $500 USD is received.

• After July 1, 2026, we will not guarantee placement on the tour, but IF there is availability, the price could be higher.

• The land package only $3908 includes: 4 star or kibbutz hotels in double room occupancy, breakfast, and dinner, 2 lunches for 2 Shabbats and 2 lunches on Holidays (no other option for lunch as shops are closed), $150 for tips, all tours, transportation, and entrance fees.

  Flights & health insurance are not included. (Minimum of 20 participants).

  If you do not have a roommate, we will endeavor to find you one. In the event there is none available, you will be charged a single supplement of $1705 or more.

  The price for additional nights BEFORE the tour at a hotel in Netanya is $278.30 per night in a single room, $303.60 in a double room, and $399.30 in a triple room. The price for additional nights AFTER the tour is $399.30 per night in a triple room,$303.60 per night in a double room, and $278.30 per night in a single room at a hotel
  in Jerusalem.

  NOTE:Additional nights must be booked in advance.

• Price is subject to devaluation of the US dollar and can change. Once registration tour price is paid you will secure the price given. Pay early and you will avoid extra charges.

Cancellation and refunds

• There is a Registration fee of $500 USD to secure your place on the tour, this is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• After July 1st, 2026, 50% of tour package is not refundable – cancellation request must be received in writing to obtain refund.

• After September 1, 2026, 75% of tour package is not refundable – cancellation request must be given in writing to obtain refund. After tour starts there will be no refunds given.

• If we cancel the tour most of the fees will be refunded.

5. Depending on your country of origin and your type of passport you may need a visa to enter Israel. Please make sure to secure it prior to your departure. We are not responsible for visa’s not approved. For Groups of 10 or more from one given country we will help process group visa’s.

6. Kad-Esh MAP Ministries reserves the rights to dismiss anyone from the tour if he /she endangers himself/herself or is disruptive or endangers others and no refund will be given.

7. Your airplane tickets are your responsibility and your arrival is to the Tel Aviv Airport and departure should be from the Tel Aviv Airport. You are responsible for your transportation from Airport to the first hotel where the tour starts and from the last hotel (where the tour ends) to the airport. (Taxis or collective taxis called “sherut” are available)

8. If you arrive or leave a night earlier or later you will have to pay for an additional night.

9. Any money/offerings given on tour to Kad-Esh MAP Ministries are received as a donation to the Ministry.

IMPORTANT:

All participants, without exception, need to arrive on September 22^nd, (1 day prior to the welcome meeting).

The latest arrival time to Israel must be in the morning of the 23^rd. Book your flights accordingly.
Participants may either request one additional night at the hotel where the tour starts for September 22^nd or make their own arrangements at a location of their choice.

All participants must attend all 13 days of the tour.

TRAVEL TO ISRAEL - THE NEW AUTHORIZATION THING.

Israel introduces a new electronic travel authorization (ETA) system for visitors from visa-exempt countries, like the US ESTA.

Visitors from countries that do not require visas to enter Israel will be required to obtain an ETA before boarding a flight to Israel. An ETA will be valid for two years and allows the holder to enter Israel multiple times. Fee: NIS 25 (approx. US $7).

Israeli citizens, non-citizens with a Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID), and student visa holders are exempt.

Starts June 1, 2024, for US & German passport holders. Mandatory after Aug. 1, 2024.

It is issued within 72 hours, though it may arrive in a few hours.

A person can apply any time; you don’t have to be traveling right now.

All tours will run with a minimum of 20 full paying participants. Space is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Although Kad-Esh MAP Ministries will do everything to accommodate your request, you may be waitlisted for sold out tours. In the unfortunate event that the group tour you have selected cannot run, for failure to meet the minimum participation requirement, Kad-Esh MAP Ministries will contact you and make sure you are offered alternative available options.
