Yom Teruah Shofar Call Edition
Torah Portion ROSH HASHANA– Beresheet (Genesis) 21:1-34:30; Bamidbar (Numbers) 29:1-6 Haftarah: 1 Samuel 1:1- 2:10
“I will also set up a place for My people Israel and will plant them so they may dwell in their own place and not be disturbed again. Nor will the children of wickedness afflict them anymore as in the past.” 2 Samuel 7:10 TLV
Shabbat shalom, dearly beloved,
The Word of Yah (God) is very explicit about the enemies of Israel. It calls them “the children of wickedness.” But who is this “wickedness” that is the father of these children/enemies, terrorists, and tormentors of Israel?
“You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks lies, he is just being himself—for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44 TLV
Clearly those who murder Jews and constantly lie in the media about Israel and their made-up “claim” for the land promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Yaakov are Satan himself. Yah promised the Land to the people of Israel for one thousand generations and forever.
“He remembers His covenant forever—the word He commanded for a thousand generations—which He made with Abraham, and swore to Isaac, and confirmed to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, saying, “To you I give the land of Canaan, the portion of your inheritance.” Psalms 105:8-11 TLV
Satan is a murderer and a liar, and so are his children, who constantly twist the truth in the media to fit their narrative of changing the October 7, 2023 massacre of innocent civilians, pregnant women, and babies, their brutal rapes and kidnapping into a “just and righteous cause.” They present Hamas (which means “violence” in Hebrew) as Freedom Fighters instead of terrorists and murderers. They are constantly lying about the genocide in Gaza as if Israel attacked these “innocent, peace-loving civilians” because the IDF is bloodthirsty. However, it was those “civilians” that, together with the “official” terrorists of Hamas, invaded the Gaza border kibbutzim and farms, murdered, looted, and kidnapped innocent civilians in their pajamas, including children and babies. There is plenty of footage from their phones as they boasted that they were murdering and raping Jews. Yet the world chooses to believe lies because they speak louder, have more money, and have no scruples. Speaking the truth to the world is not their aim. They are the children of wickedness.
“The thief comes only to steal, slaughter, and destroy. I have come that they might have life and have it abundantly!” John 10:10 TLV
Satan is that murderer and thief, and he has borne many children of evil that carry his traits. This includes all the deceived masses that believe the Palestinian lie and chant, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” This is a genocidal chant calling for the extermination of the Jews in the Land of Israel.
“Oy to those who call evil good and good evil, who present darkness as light and light as darkness, who present bitter as sweet, and sweet as bitter!” Isaiah 5:20 TLV
The Palestinian Cause is Hitler’s Child; it was concocted in 1941 by the mufti Haj Amin Al-Husseini and Adolf Hitler in Berlin. They made a covenant to exterminate all the Jews in the then-called Palestine. Concentration camps were being prepared in the Land to execute the Final Solution in Israel. Praise God that the allies won the war before it happened. However, the wicked plan continued through the PLO, the terrorist Yasser Arafat, the present-day Fatah, the Palestinian Authority, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, and Isis — all terrorists, murderers, and children of wickedness. Do not be fooled; if you side with them, you are also a child of wickedness. You may call yourself a Christian or even a Jew; if you side with the Palestinian Cause, which is a murderous, genocidal cause, you become just like the father of this cause, who was a murderer from the beginning.
The truth is that if Hamas and all hateful “civilians” of Gaza are not eradicated, we can expect more violence, and they are already rearming.
We praise the God of Israel that gave His promise that Hamas will not be in the Land anymore.
“No more will violence be heard in your land, devastation nor destruction within your borders. But you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.” Isaiah 60:18 TLV
The word for violence in Hebrew in this scripture is Hamas. No more Hamas in the Land! Yet the promise is for the Jewish people to settle in Gaza so that there will be no more threat, no more violence. No diplomatic plan, initiative, coercion, or manipulation can change Yah’s Covenant. Gaza was bequeathed to the Tribe of Judah, not to any child of wickedness.
“The towns at the end of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the border of Edom in the south were Kavzeel, Eder, Jagur, Ashdod, its dependencies, and its villages; Gaza, its dependencies and its villages, all the way to the Wadi of Egypt and the coastline of the Great Sea.” Joshua 15:21, 47 TLV
“Also Judah captured Gaza with its territory, Ashkelon with its territory, and Ekron with its territory.” Judges 1:18 TLV
Those Arabs like Joseph Hadad (and others I know) who want to live peacefully with the Jews are welcome and will prosper in the midst of Israel (Gaza included), and those that don’t will be destroyed; it’s a promise, and the God of Israel never goes back on His promises.
“Thus says Adonai, “As for all My evil neighbors who strike at the inheritance that I bequeathed to My people Israel—I am about to uproot them from their land and pluck the house of Judah from them. Yet it will come to pass, after I have uprooted them, that I will again have compassion on them and I will bring them back, each one to his inheritance and each one to his land. “So it will come to pass if they will diligently learn the ways of My people—to swear by My Name, ‘As Adonai lives,’ just as they taught My people to swear by Baal—then they will be built up in the midst of My people. But if they will not obey, then I will uproot that nation, plucking it up and destroying it.” It is a declaration of Adonai.” Jeremiah 12:14-17 TLV
As we prepare to enter the holiest season of the year with the Shofar call of Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets, leading to Yom HaKippurim, this is a Shofar Call of repentance to change fathers: to leave Satan and his children of wickedness behind and follow the Father in Heaven and His Covenant with Israel.
“Thus says Adonai: ‘If I have not made My covenant of day and night firm and the fixed patterns ordering the heavens and earth, only then would I reject the offspring of Jacob and of My servant David so that I would not take from his offspring rulers over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore them from their exile and have compassion on them.” Jeremiah 33:25-26 TLV
