Torah Portion RE’EH – Devarim (Deuteronomy) 11:26-16:17 Haftarah: Isaiah 54:11-55:5
“Adonai’s right hand is lifted high! Adonai’s right hand is mighty!” Psalms 118:16 TLV
Shabbat shalom!
I was sitting on my porch eating my lunch snack, and all of a sudden, His spirit of revelation “hit” me!
Elohim, our Creator, cut off His Right Arm and Hand for me and you! Yeshua is His Right Arm. He sits at the right hand of the Father so that He will be complete.
“But Stephen, full of the Ruach ha-Kodesh, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God—and Yeshua standing at the right hand of God.” Acts 7:55 TLV
Since He performed this extravagant Act of Mercy, Yah (God) has become handicapped. He cannot do anything without His Right Arm, which is the Arm of Power. Everything Yah does now, He must do it through Yeshua.
“And Yeshua came up to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.” Matthew 28:18 TLV
And Yeshua said He left all His power in the hands of His Bride. So YES, God is handicapped, and unless we obey Him to perform Yeshua’s duties on the earth, He can do nothing. Disobeying His will causes His handicap to manifest instead of His power.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, immersing them in My name, teaching them to observe all I have commanded you. And remember! I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 STB
When people do not answer the divine call to be Yeshua’s hands and feet on the earth, they nullify the great sacrifice of Yah. It’s like He cut off His Right Arm for nothing. Furthermore, it nullifies the sacrifice of Yeshua on the tree of Golgotha!
Instead of the power of His Right Arm manifesting on the earth, His handicap manifests—His Right Arm is missing.
Nothing expresses it better than King David, who says:
“If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I cease to remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my chief joy.” Psalm 137:5-6 TLV
Those who forget Jerusalem and the Covenant of YHVH with Israel will become handicapped in their right hand. They will not have the power to live, to thrive, or to succeed. All this for forgetting Jerusalem. Neither will they have the power to speak, prophesy, or sing; their tongues will stick to the roofs of their mouths.
The only way for an all-powerful Elohim to show His power is through His Right Arm, Yeshua, His Son. The only way Yeshua shows up is through His Bride. Our actions, words, thoughts, and prayers either manifest His power and perfect will or an ulterior agenda that is not His.
Will you help manifest Yah’s power or Yah’s handicap? Will you stubbornly resist His perfect will, or will you surrender to manifest His perfect will on earth? He is returning soon to His own in Jerusalem.
But keeping silent, Yeshua did not answer. Again, the kohen gadol questioned Him, “Are you Mashiach, Son of the Blessed One?” “I am,” said Yeshua, “and you shall see ‘the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Powerful One’ and ‘coming with the clouds of heaven’!” Mark 14:61-62 TLV
He is restoring Jerusalem, the Jewish people, and Israel. The Covenant Land is to be possessed and restored from the River in Egypt to the Euphrates River in the Persian Gulf. His Jewish people are called to make Aliyah and return to their land and their Messiah.
“Thus says Adonai Elohim: ‘Look, I will lift My hand (Yeshua) to the nations and raise My banner to the peoples! They will bring your sons on their chests and carry your daughters on their shoulders. Kings will be your guardians, their princesses your nurses. They will bow down to you with their faces to the ground and lick the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am Adonai—those hoping in Me will not be ashamed.” Isaiah 49:22-23 TLV
We are called to work with the power of His Right Arm, Yeshua, our Jewish Messiah, to manifest Yah’s power and not His handicap. The whole Bride of Messiah in the nations, both Jews and Gentiles, are called to help restore Israel and fulfill His eternal covenant with His Chosen People.
If we refuse, we will lose the power of our right hand, that is, the power of Yeshua. If we obey, we will manifest His glory on earth. This is the key to being either handicapped or empowered. I hope you will choose to be empowered.
I will bow down My knee to bless, favor, do good, and exalt those who bow down their knee to bless, favor, do good, and exalt You. And I will decree a curse of misfortune and total destruction to those who dishonor and disrespect you by taking you lightly. And in (unity) with you, all the families of the earth will be blessed. Genesis 12:3 STB
This prayer, recited in Jamestown at the start of the American pioneer colonies, was:
“And bring in the Jews, so together with the fullness of the Gentiles, we will show thy glory on earth.”
The first pioneers of America knew that the only way to show His Glory on earth was for Jews and Gentiles to unite in the Messiah. This unity that Yeshua prayed for is yet to be answered. What is stopping His Right Hand is faulty foundations. He is calling all His Body worldwide to return to the original Gospel made in Zion with Jewish foundations of Torah and Spirit and a Covenant love for His Chosen nation- Israel.
“Make them holy in the truth. Your word is truth. “ I pray not on behalf of these only, but also for those who believe in Me through their message, that they all may be one. Just as You, Father, are in Me and I am in You, so also may they be one in Us, so the world may believe that You sent Me.” John 17:17, 20-21 TLV
This will unlock the power of His Right Hand—Yeshua—through us and our unity. A great revival like never before will encompass the earth, and all Israel will be redeemed and saved just as it is written.
“The glory that You have given to Me I have given to them, that they may be one just as We are one—I in them and You in Me—that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me and loved them as You loved Me.” John 17:22-23 TLV
Let us pray.
Abba, Father in Heaven. I humble myself, my ways, my doctrines, my beliefs, and my traditions before You. I ask you to remove from me any doctrine or tradition that is handicapping Your Right Arm. Please write Your full will in my heart and mind in Yeshua’s name. I choose to unlock the Power of Your Right Arm. Amen.
