Can anyone teach God knowledge, since He judges even the highest. One dies in his full strength, completely secure and at ease. His pails are full of milk; His bones are moist with marrow. Yet another dies in bitterness of soul, never having tasted goodness. Together they lie in the dust and worms cover over them.” Job 21:22-26 TLV
Shabbat shalom, beloved ones!
Because of rebellion against God of Israel and His Commandments the whole world is under a curse and the fear of plague, sickness and death. All this because of one virus and many other retroviruses stemming from laboratory mice.
As they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations, So I will choose their punishments and will bring on them what they dread. Because I called, but no one answered; I spoke, but they did not listen. And they did evil in My sight And chose that in which I did not delight. Isaiah 66:3-4 NASB
The virus threat is real, but so is the Creator of Life and He created us to be whole – all the way from our bones!
The Bones are the Foundation of our Physical Existence – the place where soul and spirit meet.
It is in the bone marrow where our immune system resides. Our wellbeing and our ability to resist all viruses, retroviruses, all diseases and demons depends upon our spiritual and physical immune system.
For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword—piercing right through to a separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 TLV

Etsem – bone
Atsmi – my true self, the core of my being
Moach Haetsem – bone marrow – or brain of the bone
Notice that, in order to form the Woman, Elohim took a rib (bone) from Adam. Obviously, the bones contain all of our humanity, our true self.
“ADONAI Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall on the man and he slept; and He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh in its place. ADONAI Elohim built the rib, which He had taken from the man, into a woman. Then He brought her to the man.” Genesis 2:21-22 TLV
Etsem Hainian – the core of the matter; the truth about something.
Bones are where truth is supposed to reside. If the spirit of truth resides in the bones, then we are healthy. If lies and deception are in our bones, then we are sick.
“Surely You desire truth in the inner being. Make me know wisdom inwardly.” Psalms 51:8 TLV
Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear ADONAI and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones.” Proverbs 3:7-8 TLV
The importance of bone to the immune system is well known: immune cells form in the bone marrow. But the importance of immune cells to bone is less clear. Little is known beyond the fact that normal bone growth and restructuring are disrupted in disorders such as autoimmune diseases. It seems that the cells of the immune system and the cells that remodel bone regulate each other’s function. (Nature.com)
Sin makes the bones sick and breaks down the immune system
There is no health in my flesh because of Your indignation. There is no wholeness in my bones because of my sin. Psalms 38:4 TLV
Arthritis is the result of inflammation in the joints and it’s the most common disability in the United States. In fact, studies have shown that over 350 million people worldwide struggle with it. It’s a condition that affects individuals of all ages and backgrounds and can make even the simplest tasks difficult. In most cases arthritis is degenerative, meaning that it stems from every day “wear and tear” on the body. However, there are cases in which it can be triggered by an autoimmune disease, infections, or diet.
Strengthen both spiritual and physical immune systems. The immune system is in the bone marrow where the white blood cells are created. When our bones our flourishing, our immune system is strong.
Our true love for Jerusalem and Israel brings us comfort and causes our immune system to be strengthened.
“As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; and you will be comforted in Jerusalem.” Then you will see this, and your heart will be glad, and your bones will flourish like the new grass; and the hand of YHVH will be made known to His servants, but He will be indignant toward His enemies.” Isaiah 66:13-14 NASB
Most retroviruses that are causing disease come from laboratory mice contaminating vaccines and blood supplies.
“For YHVH will execute judgment by fire and by His sword on all flesh, and those slain by YHVH will be many. “Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go to the gardens, following one in the center, who eat swine’s flesh, detestable things and mice, will come to an end altogether,” declares YHVH. Isaiah 66:16-17 NASB
The devil knows he has but a little time
Retroviruses like XMRV that cause prostate cancer and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are from cross contamination of mouse tissue into human tissue and they are airborne. Lab technicians and research doctors became infected and so it happened with COVID-19.
Satan is called the prince of the power of the air and the thief that came to steal, kill and destroy. Humanity is under a curse for rebelling against the Creator’s Commandments so the thief succeeds and so do the plagues.
“ADONAI will send on you cursing, confusion and frustration in every undertaking of your hand that you will do—until you are destroyed and perish quickly, because of the evil of your deeds by which you have abandoned Me. ADONAI will make the plague cling to you, until He has put an end to you from the land that you are going in to possess. ADONAI will strike you with weakness, fever, inflammation, fiery heat, the sword, blight and mildew—they will pursue you until you perish.” Deuteronomy 28:20-22 TLV
Sin makes the bones sick and breaks down the immune system:

If the bones are stricken, it breaks the immune system and brings destruction to our health.
“But now, stretch out Your hand and strike his bone and his flesh, and he will certainly curse You to Your face!” Job 2:5 TLV
“Let me hear joy and gladness, so the bones You crushed may rejoice.” Psalms 51:10 TLV
Osteoporosis is the disease of dry and brittle bones. We need to prophesy over our bones:
“Prophesy over these bones,” He said to me. “Say to them: ‘Dry bones, hear the word of ADONAI!’” Ezekiel 37:4 TLV
The Word penetrates to the bone marrow

Causes for dry bones and Osteoporosis
“When I kept silent, my bones became brittle through my groaning all day long.” Psalms 32:3 TLV

Divine Bone Protection to the Righteous
“Many are the distresses of the righteous, but ADONAI delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones— not one of them is broken.” Psalms 34:20-21 TLV
“Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear ADONAI and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones.” Proverbs 3:7-8 TLV
“A tranquil heart is life to the body, but envy is rottenness to the bones.” Proverbs 14:30 TLV
“Bright eyes bring joy to the heart. Good news gives health to the bones.” Proverbs 15:30 TLV
“Pleasant words are honeycomb— sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” Proverbs 16:24 TLV
“A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22 TLV
“Night pierces my bones within me; my gnawing pains never rest.” Job 30:17 TLV
“Or a person is chastened with pain on his bed, with continual strife in his bones,” Job 33:19 TLV
“Be gracious to me, ADONAI, for I am weak. Heal me, ADONAI — for my bones are shuddering with fear,” Psalms 6:3 TLV
“For my life is consumed in sorrow and my years in sighing. My strength fails because of my anguish and my bones waste away.” Psalms 31:11 TLV
The Curse penetrates the bones
“For he never remembered to show mercy. But he persecuted a poor and needy man, crushed in spirit, to put him to death. How he loved cursing—may it fall on him! He had no pleasure in blessing— may it be far from him! He wore cursing like his robe, until it filled his belly like water, and his bones like oil. May it be like a cloak wrapped around him, like a belt tied around him always. Let this be ADONAI ’s reward to my accusers, and to those who speak evil against me.” Psalms 109:16-20 TLV
“A virtuous wife is her husband’s crown, but a dishonoring one is like rottenness in his bones.” Proverbs 12:4 TLV
The spirit enters our bones in our mother’s womb (the bones are the seat of the spirit of life)
“Just as you do not know how the spirit passes into the bones in the womb of a pregnant woman, so you do not know the work of God who makes all things.” Ecclesiastes 11:5 TLV
Ruach Elohim into the bones
His glory in our bones
“Thus says ADONAI Elohim to these bones: “Behold, I will cause Ruach to enter you, so you will live.” Ezekiel 37:5 TLV
Remember, the bones of Elisha were full of the Spirit of Life!
“It came about, as they were burying a man, behold, they saw a marauding band, so they threw the man’s body into Elisha’s tomb. As soon as the man’s body touched Elisha’s bones, he came back to life and stood up on his feet!” 2 Kings 13:21 TLV
Spirit of life in our bones repels all viruses and retroviruses, sin and death. If our bones are anointed like Elisha’s, no disease or death can stay in us or in those that are touched by us.
“For the law of the Spirit of life in Messiah Yeshua has set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 TLV
Bones speak and respond to the joy of our soul:
“Then my soul will rejoice in ADONAI and delight in His salvation. All my bones will say: “ADONAI, who is like You, rescuing the poor from one too strong for him, the poor and needy from one who robs him?”” Psalms 35:9-10 TLV
“If you give yourself to the hungry, and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness, and your gloom will be like midday. Then ADONAI will guide you continually, satisfy your soul in drought and strengthen your bones. You will be like a watered garden, like a spring of water whose waters never fail. Some of you will rebuild the ancient ruins, will raise up the age-old foundations, will be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of Streets for Dwelling. If you turn back your foot from Shabbat, from doing your pleasure on My holy day, and call Shabbat a delight, the holy day of ADONAI honorable, If you honor it, not going your own ways, not seeking your own pleasure, nor speaking your usual speech, then You will delight yourself in ADONAI, and I will let you ride over the heights of the earth, I will feed you with the heritage of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of ADONAI has spoken.” Isaiah 58:10-14
Holding back the Word of YHVH, disobedience to His Call because of fear brings destructive fire to the bones, fever and disease
“For whenever I speak, I cry out, I proclaim, “Violence and ruin!” For the word of ADONAI is scorn and ridicule to me all day long. But if I say: “I won’t mention Him, or speak any more in His Name,” then it is like fire burning in my heart— shut up in my bones— I weary myself holding it in, but I cannot.” Jeremiah 20:8-9 TLV
Fear of YHVH in the bones
“As for the prophets: My heart within me is broken, all my bones shake. I am like a drunken man, like a man overcome by wine because of ADONAI, because of His holy words.” Jeremiah 23:9 TLV

TESHUVA- Repent from all sin and surrender fully to Yah’s will
Proclaim into your bones:
- The Name of Yeshua
- The Blood of Yeshua
- The Word of Yah (God)
- Be filled with His Holy Spirit
- REJOICE AND DELIGHT IN YHVH
- Praise Him
- HAVE FAITH
- Walk in holiness
- Walk in thanksgiving
- Walk in forgiveness
- Walk in integrity
Physical immunization

- Keep your blood pure from food dyes and chemicals
- Drink pure water
- Eat healthy: no refined sugars, no white and refined flours
