A Watchman’s Warning

The Soft Invasion

Torah Portion VAYETZE – Beresheet (Genesis) 28:10-32:3 Haftarah: Hosea 12:13-14:10

Adonai, I have heard the report about You, and I have come to fear. Adonai, revive Your work throughout the years; throughout the years make it known, In wrath remember compassion.” Habakkuk 3:2 TLV

Shabbat shalom, dearly beloved,

The West is being invaded by Islam. City after city in Europe, the USA, and Canada has become largely Islamic, with Shariah Law slowly but surely being implemented. This has happened primarily because of a dual strategy:

  1. Exploiting democratic laws of immigration for refugees and asylum seekers, like in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA.
  2. The DAWA.

Large waves of Muslim refugees have flocked to the West, which has received them with open arms, giving them human rights and incentives. These refugees have escaped murderous Islamic regimes in predominantly Arab lands, like Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The Western democracies, in their naivety, have petted a snake. Most of these refugees have been indoctrinated to invade the West with Islam. They do not blend with the local population, and for the most part, they do not embrace the local language or culture. They remain Arab and Muslim, speak Arabic, and are ruled by the Imams in their local mosques. They bring with them the same culture and lifestyle that made them flee the totalitarian, violent, and vindictive Muslim regimes of origin. For the most part, they hate Western culture and consider themselves superior, and Islam as the only acceptable religion and way of life.

In various cities where they settle, violence has taken over, like in their countries of origin. For the most part, the police do not intervene in these ghettos for fear of their lives. Though the groups differ in their Islamic streams, their common denominator is the hatred of Israel, the Jews, and Western culture, which they seek to erase.

The strategy of the DAWA, or Soft Core invasion

In order to understand this, we need to meet the most influential Islamic leader of the 20th and 21st centuries:

Yusuf al-Qaradawi and the concept of Da‘wa (داعية / الدعوة), and how he shaped the modern global Islamist Da‘wa movement.

  1. Who was Yusuf al-Qaradawi?

Yusuf al-Qaradawi (1926–2022) was one of the most influential Sunni Islamist clerics of the 20th and early 21st centuries. He was:

A leading ideologue of the Muslim Brotherhood.

  • Joined the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in his youth in Egypt.
  • Became one of its most influential theologians worldwide.
  • Promoted the idea that Islam is not just a religion but a political system.

A global preacher through media.

  • Hosted “Sharia and Life” on Al-Jazeera, reaching tens of millions.
  • Used television, Islamic conferences, and international Islamic councils to spread the MB ideology.

Founder of the European Council for Fatwa and Research.

  • This council provided Islamic legal guidance for Muslims in Europe and promoted:
  • Islamic identity preservation in the West.
  • Gradual Islamization of society.
  • Political engagement to expand Islamic influence.

A driving force behind global political Islam.

  • His writings guided Islamist activism across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and even the Americas.
  • He was banned from several Western countries due to:
    • Support for suicide bombings in Israel.
    • Justification of jihad against the West in certain contexts.

The Soft Invasion

  1. What Is Da‘wa (الدعوة)?

Da‘wa literally means “invitation” or “calling people” to Islam.

In classical Islam, it meant preaching the faith.

In modern political Islam, especially under the Muslim Brotherhood, Da‘wa became a strategic program.

The MB–Qaradawi understanding of Da‘wa includes:

  1. Islamizing society from the bottom up
  • Families
  • Schools
  • Mosques
  • Social services
  1. Creating Islamic institutions in non-Muslim countries
  • Islamic schools
  • Islamic banks
  • Islamic centers
  • Charitable NGOs
  • Student associations
  1. Political activism
  • Supporting Islamic parties
  • Mobilizing voters
  • Using democracy to advance Islamist rule
  1. Shaping Muslim identity in the West
  • Encouraging Muslims to maintain Islamic separateness
  • Promoting Sharia influence in daily life
  • Advising Muslim communities on how to operate politically within Western systems
  1. Qaradawi’s Strategic Vision of Da‘wa

Qaradawi took Da‘wa beyond traditional preaching.

For him, Da‘wa was the framework for a global Islamic revival.

He emphasized:

“Gradualism” (التدرج)

  • Islamization must be step-by-step, not a sudden revolution.
  • Build Islamic consciousness, then Islamic institutions, then Islamic governance.

“Fiqh al-Aqalliyyat” (Islamic Jurisprudence for Muslim Minorities)

He developed legal rulings allowing Muslims in the West to:

  • Participate in elections.
  • Form Islamic political blocs.
  • Navigate Western society while maintaining Islamic identity.
  • Strategically influence public policy.

This jurisprudence became the backbone of modern Islamist Da‘wa networks in Europe and America.

“Soft power” + “Strategic patience”

He taught that:

  • Education, social programs, and community work are tools of Da‘wa.
  • Hard confrontation should be avoided until the movement develops sufficient social power.

The Soft Invasion

  1. Qaradawi, Da‘wa, and Jihad

Importantly, Qaradawi saw jihad and Da‘wa as complementary.

He openly supported:

  • Suicide bombings against Israeli civilians (“martyrdom operations”).
  • Armed jihad when Muslim lands are under “occupation.”

But he insisted that in Western nations, Da‘wa—not violence—should be the primary method, because:

The West must be conquered through Da‘wa, not by the sword.”

This line became a classic motto of modern political Islam.

  1. The Global Da‘wa Networks Influenced by Qaradawi

Under his influence, Muslim Brotherhood-aligned Da‘wa expanded through:

Worldwide organizations

  • International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS)
  • World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY)
  • Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)
  • Federation of Islamic Organizations in Europe (FIOE)
  • Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)—influence varies, but many founders were MB-aligned

The Soft Invasion

  • Educational institutions
  • Islamic universities, training centers, and religious leadership programs.
  • NGOs and charities
  • Providing social, legal, educational, and welfare services—all used as channels for Da‘wa.
  • Media
  • Satellite TV, online fatwa portals, Islamic websites, and now social media.

His impact on global Da‘wa is massive and still ongoing even after his death.

  1. Why Qaradawi Is Controversial

Support for Hamas

He issued fatwas legitimizing Hamas’ suicide attacks.

Statements justifying violence

He made public comments supporting violence against US troops in Iraq (2003).

Anti-Israel and anti-Jewish rhetoric

He repeatedly made extreme anti-Israel statements and invoked classic anti-Jewish theological tropes.

His network’s political agenda

Many Western governments consider his Da‘wa efforts as part of a transnational Islamist political movement.

  1. Summary

Yusuf al-Qaradawi was the architect of modern Islamist Da‘wa—a systematic, global movement merging:

  • Preaching
  • Political activism
  • Community organization
  • Strategic cultural influence
  • Islamic jurisprudence for minorities
  • Gradual Islamization

He reshaped Da‘wa into a comprehensive framework that continues to influence Muslim communities worldwide.

The fall of New York into the hands of the Muslim mayor Zohran Mamdani shows that the DAWA strategy is working well in America. This mayor recently stated that if PM Netanyahu were to land in NYC, he would arrest him.

I believe that what has allowed this state of affairs in the West is the banishing of the God of Israel and the Holy Scriptures from schools and the public square. This fact led to the embracing of humanism and a self-centered lifestyle of immorality and idolatry. The invasion of Islam is the outcome. I see it as a judgment from God due to the godlessness of Western society with its promiscuity, greed, abortions, and gender confusion. It is also a judgment of the way the West has pushed Israel to national suicide through the Two-State deception and siding with the murderous Palestinian cause. As long as the US, EU, and UN continue opposing Israel’s God-given right to apply sovereignty to every part of its God-given land, the West will lose its own sovereignty to Islam.

The end result of Islamic Da’wa (invasion) could be a bloody jihad all over the West.

The only path to stop the DAWA is repentance, bringing forth a costly revival – an awakening of major proportions, whereas believers are willing to lay down their lives for the sake of the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua, the Word of God, and His chosen people, Israel. Repentance for all Replacement Theology and even hidden antisemitism in Christianity is essential if we are to win the war against the widespread Islamic invasion. In his book “2064”, Abu Baker Rollings, a prominent Muslim public figure in America, presents the plan of Sharia law overtaking the USA by 2064. This plan is relentlessly in motion.

When My people, over whom My Name is called, humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 TLV

To help you and your community in this urgent journey of repentance, I wrote my enlightening and revolutionary book, The Identity Theft. Read the book, take the free course (which comes together with the book), and invite all you know to do the same. Time is running out!

Then Yeshua said to the Judeans who had trusted Him, ‘If you abide in My word, then you are truly My disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free!” John 8:31-32 TLV

    Testimonies from the students:

I was second in command for a nationwide gang, but with the help of YHVH and GRM Bible School, I have begun to denounce that, after 21 years of membership. The enemy has been attacking me because of it. He knows he is losing a warrior, but I fight a different war for a different Master now. – J.M.

I used to be confused and uncomfortable because I didn’t know what to believe. There are so many different doctrines, all going against each other and teaching different things. I now understand the Gospel better and know my faith’s roots. – E.P

I have been wrong all my life, but now I understand what God wants from me! – R.D.
